Product Manager Charge

What we're looking for

We are looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of Mbrella Charge. You will work directly with our engineering team, talk to customers, define the roadmap, and make hard trade-off decisions every week. This isn't a coordination role, you will be the person who decides what we build and why.

Mbrella Charge helps companies deploy, monitor, and reimburse EV charging for their employees, both at home and at the office. As the platform grows, so does the complexity: more enterprise clients and a product surface that is still being shaped.

You have around 3 years of SaaS product management experience and know how to move fast in a small team without cutting corners on quality. Experience in EV charging, energy, or fleet management is a plus, but what matters most is a sharp product instinct and the ability to get up to speed quickly in a technical domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mbrella Charge product roadmap end to end, from discovery to delivery to iteration.
• Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into clear product bets.
• Write crisp Shape Up pitches and collaborate closely with engineering on scoping and delivery. And defend the pitches towards management.
• Define and track how users interact with the product; know when something isn't working and act on it.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand enterprise needs and turn them into scalable features.
• Represent the product externally when needed, you are comfortable to demo the product to prospects, customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

🧭 Product experience: ~3 years of product management. You have shipped features end-to-end and have the scars to prove it.

🔍 User-driven: Product thinking is a muscle that you train or a taste you can develop. We create an excellent product by dogfooding our own product and interacting with our users frequently

🛠 Technical Fluency: You can prototype real product fragments cutting down the time between blurry ideation and the perfect  delivery.

🔋 Domain Curiosity: Experience with EV charging, energy management, fleet, or mobility is mandatory.

✍️ Written First: At Mbrella, we document everything. You communicate clearly in writing, can write a sharp problem statement, and don't default to a meeting when a doc will do.

🔭 Focused: You know how to say no. You understand that a great roadmap is defined as much by what you don't build as by what you do.

🌎 Language: The working language at Mbrella is English, most of us are native Dutch or French speakers
