For its headquarter in Brussels, We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Responsabilities

  • manage the whole recruitment cycle
  • search for the right skills, the good personality and the best cultural fit
  • proactively maintain an open line of communication with the hiring managers
  • perform in depth intakes to understand the needs of the business
  • source candidates and screen CV’s (internal as well as external)
  • assist and advice the business in taking the right decision
  • reporting is part of the job
  • manage other recruitment projects
  • ensure great candidate experience during the whole recruitment cycle
  • Key role in stimulating diversity and inclusion

Profile

  • Solid recruiter with broad experience
  • Ability to manage every stakeholder during the recruitment process
  • Digital mindset
  • Strong interest in social media and branding
  • Good communicator
  • Experience with SuccesFactors is a plus
  • You love interaction with people and take pride and satisfaction in hiring the right people
  • Agile - able to work in multiple contexts and adapt to different situations
  • Good knowledge FR/NL/UK
