Context

D'Ieteren Car Centers is the automotive distribution business of D'Ieteren Auto. Currently, the D'Ieteren Car Centers are spread over 6 sites in the Brussels region and distribute, repair and maintain the Volkswagen group's vehicle brands (Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Bentley and Lamborghini), have two Wondercar multi-brand body shops and sell used vehicles under the My Way label. With the aim of strengthening its position as the number one in Belgium while transforming its activity and putting the customer at the centre of its concerns, the D'Ieteren Car Centers are strengthening their marketing team.

Function

As a Digital & CRM Associate, you will be the main contact within the team for:

  • Setup and follow-up of digital media campaigns
  • The development of digital tools with added value for the client (websites, contact forms, on-site tools,...)
  • Monitoring the performance of digital campaigns and platforms
  • Content generation for communication via our digital channels (SoMe, website, ad hoc CRM campaigns and always-on,...)
  • Targetting of CRM campaigns
  • Challenging the existing in order to improve, transform or create the tools of tomorrow

You will be based in Zaventem but will have to travel regularly to our various concessions. You report to the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager and are part of a team of 3 people.

You will be able to:

  • manage a given budget for a specific project
  • identify and quantify the expected benefits of your initiatives
  • identify the interdependencies of your projects and campaigns with the work of other members of the DCC marketing team
  • manage the relationship with an importer (with the opportunities and threats that this can represent for your work)
  • challenge suppliers / agencies active in the digital sector
  • challenge your counterparts in the Central Marketing Department of D'Ieteren Auto

Profile

  • Bilingual French - Dutch
  • Passion for digital
  • Increased interest in the automotive sector
  • Minimum diploma of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Communication
  • First similar experience desired
  • Knowledge of the different tools: Web analytics, SEM, SalesForce MarketingCloud, SoMe, funnel conversion, CMS,...
  • Experience in project management
